This visa allows you to:
Live with your partner in New Zealand
Work in any lawful employment
Study for up to 3 months
Travel in and out of New Zealand while your visa is valid
Apply for residence once the eligibility requirements are met
You must remain in a genuine and stable relationship with your supporting partner
You cannot include dependent children in this visa application (They must apply for their own visas separately)
Your supporting partner must be eligible to support a partnership-based resident visa within 12 months
Your supporting partner must meet character requirements (partners with convictions for domestic violence or sexual offences are not eligible)
You must comply with all visa conditions and New Zealand laws
